commercial transactions and business organizations. This area of
the law is often governed by the Uniform Commercial Code.
Consumer Law-
As
individuals and consumers, we are regularly involved in
purchasing various types of products and services. Whether
its purchase of a new home, replacement windows or roofing,
to the purchase of vehicles, or repairs to vehicles, Ohio
and Federal law provides valuable protection for consumers
from deceptive, unfair transactions. The Ohio Consumer
Sales Practice Act ("CSPA") is extremely useful and valuable
protection for consumers in Ohio. It provides private
consumer remedies including attorneys fees and damages for
unfair or deceptive consumer transactions. If you have a
question of whether you have been treated unfairly in a
consumer transaction you should call us to discuss the
protections and remedies available to you under CSPA or
other similar statutes.

purposes and the legal ramifications of such an organization
